CHANGING YOUR PLANS
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T GET BACK HOME ON THE DAY I WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK UP MY PET? If this happens, or if you anticipate a problem, please call us as soon as possible. We can always make EMERGENCY adjustments but it helps to ease the strain if we know a little in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO EXTEND MY VACATION? Again, please call as soon as you possibly can. It may or may not be a problem and knowing in advance will help to alleviate the strain. Our kennel accepts only twenty dogs at any one time. We do this so that we can maintain a more "home-like" atmosphere. We like to be as accommodating as possible but in heavy, "peak" seasons, such as summer and holidays, we may be filled to a point that would not allow us much, if any, flexibility. A way to avoid this possible problem, if you think it might arise, is to add one or two more days on to the end of your original reservation dates. Then the space is blocked out for your pet if you need to use it.
